Go Inside Installer Directory : ansible-tower-setup-bundle-3.1.2-2.el7

1. Edit file   # vim group_vars/all  & Add following:

proxy_environment:

  http_proxy: http://x.x.x.x:3128

  https_proxy: http://x.x.x.x:3128

2. Added following in "setup.sh" file

export https_proxy="http://10.57.183.219:3128"

3. Import Environment variable in "Install.yml" file
